1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging in business with Solid Mix Concrete Works LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All quotations, sales, and supply agreements are subject to these standards unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are typically valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Prices are based on the specifications provided by the client and may be subject to adjustment if project requirements change.
3. Quality Standards
All concrete products are manufactured in accordance with UAE technical regulations and Dubai Municipality standards. Specific test results and DCLD certificates are available upon request for project documentation.
4. Delivery & Site Access
The client is responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access for mixer trucks and boom pumps. Solid Mix is not liable for delays caused by site access issues or force majeure events.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
